The blind is raised and lowered on rope through pulleys rather than by a mechanism or a motor. It is the simplest system we make, which is exactly why it is the best value in the range and why it keeps working.
We use high-strength stainless steel yacht pulleys and stainless fittings throughout, because ordinary hardware corrodes. Yacht fittings are built for salt and weather, so they hold up in harsh conditions.
Ripstop, Docril acrylic or Sheerweave, and marine-grade PVC windows can be added where you want to keep the view. Zipper and Velcro systems close the edges. It is the option to look at when budget is the deciding factor but you still want 100% cover from the elements.
